Focus Statement:

Through the use of school wide protocols and data, we will drive instruction and planning of small group and whole group lessons to showcase students' thinking. Focus for SEL: Create structures and systems that will foster a positive school community for our students, parents, and teachers.

Vision:

The Michael E. Berdy School is dedicated to providing an environment that is conducive in educating the whole child. Scholars will be provided with a solid academic foundation that will promote inquiring minds with a desire for knowledge to ensure college and career readiness. In Michael E. Berdy, scholars will be immersed in a rigorous, collaborative environment to develop critical thinking. Our scholars will acquire positive growth in student achievement, higher-order learning, an innovative vision, and strong character development.

Our goal is to create a safe, secure environment, which will nurture our students to develop to their fullest potential. Through our partnership with our parents and community, we will teach our children to become responsible, educated, and informed citizens.
